Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the 1st respondent not to harass the petitioners when enquiry pending before the protection officer, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District based on the complaint by the second respondent dated 21.08.2019.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent not to harass the petitioners when enquiry pending before the protection officer, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District based on the complaint by the second respondent dated 21.08.2019.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioners in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
