ORDER

By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2.Mr.P.Subbaraj, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

3.The grievance of the petitioner is that his representation, dated 06.04.2024, seeking to register the name of the petitioner's Society as "Hindu Nadar Uravinmurai Sangam - Therku Chathiram" at Vadukapatti Post, Sivagiri Taluk, Tenkasi District, has not been considered so far. Hence, he has filed this Writ Petition.

4.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, I direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.04.2024 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that while passing an order on the representation of the petitioner, the respondent shall verify as to 2/4

whether any other similar society has already been registered in the name of the petitioner's Society or not.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
