ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 448, 294(b), 323, 506(i) of I.P.C and 4 of TNPHW Act in Crime No.88 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter has been compromised in the Mediation Centre. The terms and conditions of the agreements are follows:

(i) Both parties are agreed that they will lead their matrimonial life hereafter.

(ii) The Defacto complainant has agreed to withdraw her case against the petitioner in D.V.C.No.13 of 2023 pending before the Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam and also criminal case registered in Crime No.88 of 2023 of Seithur Rural Police Station, Virudhunagar District. (iii) The petitioner has agreed that he will not involve in any dispute against the matrimonial life and also he undertake that he will not indulge in any cruelty against her wife/defacto complainant or her family.

(iv) Both are agreed that they will not indulge in any activities 2/4

against law in future.

(v) The petitioner is agreed that he will bring his wife and two female children to his official quarters within six months, since both children are studying in theri locality at present.

3. In view of the above said development, let the parties appear before the respondent Police and give statement regarding the above said compromise, so that the respondent can close the above said First Information Report.
