The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the staff fixation order for the academic year 2013-2014. The staff fixation order is operative only for that particular academic year. Thereafter, every year staff fixation orders have been passed, after the impugned order. Hence, no further orders are called for in the present writ petition. The writ petition stands closed.
