To call for the records pertaining to the impugned dismissal order in Cr.M.P.No.905 of 2024 dated 27.03.2024 passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ramanathapuram, and set aside the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent, to register the FIR against the 2nd and 3rd respondents by allowing the above Criminal Revision petition.

Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MURUGAN.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SANJAI GANDHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the Court made the following order:- Pursuant to the direction of this Court dated 29.08.2024, the petitioner has paid the cost of Rs.750/- (Rupees Seven Hundred and Fifty only) and he has filed a cost Memo dated 06.09.2024 to that effect. The above said Memo is recorded. 2.In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the Registry is directed to take the revision on file if it is otherwise in order and list it for admission in the usual course.
