PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner based on the petitioner's representation dated 14.06.2019 For Petitioner : Mr.M.Karunanithi For Respondents : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi No.1 and 2 Government Advocate(Crl.Side)

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner based on the petitioner's representation dated 14.06.2019

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 14.06.2019, the second respondent conducted enquiry with the private persons and on enquiry it reveals that the petitioner is not residing in the subject disputed property.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the complaint lodged by the petitioner was closed on 09.10.2019. He further submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petitioner was called for enquiry and no enquiry was conducted with the petitioner.

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.14391 of 2019 case, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry after issuing summons to the petitioner as well as the third respondent and complete the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition id disposed of.
