ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.143 of 2024 dated 21.05.2024, within a time frame. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.143 of 2024 on 21.05.2024 for the offence punishable under Sections 279 and 304(A) IPC, that they have examined 8 witnesses so far and the investigation is pending. He would further submit that the second respondent seeks one month time for filing final report.

3.Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to file the final report in Cr.No.143 of 2024, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
