The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking compensation from the respondent Electricity Board for erection of tower in Survey No.123/3 which is located in S.Pudhur union, Maanthakudipatti Panchayat, Thiruppathur Taluk, Sivagangai District.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Electricity Board submits that the compensation amount has already been paid to the petitioner on 09.07.2015.
