ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking the limited relief of direction by way of issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to issue separate patta, based on the petitioner's application, dated 29.12.2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.The application made by the petitioner for issuance of separate patta is way back on 29.12.2014. The learned counsel is unable to ascertain the current status of the said application. I do not find any purpose being served by keeping the writ petition pending any longer.

4.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is closed with a direction to the respondents to dispose of the said representation of the petitioner for issuance of 2/4
