ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the docket order dated 09.11.2018 in O.S.No.60 of 2017 on the file of the Sub Court, Thuraiyur.

2. This Court, by order dated 19.10.2023, called for a report from the concerned Principal District Judge with regard to the status of O.S.No.60 of 2017 in the trial Court. Accordingly, the Principal District Judge (i/c), Tiruchirappalli has sent a report, wherein it is stated that the suit in O.S.No.60 of 2017 on the file of the Sub Court, Thuraiyur was disposed of by order dated 16.12.2022.

3. In view of the above, as already the suit itself was disposed of, in the considered opinion of this Court, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

5. There shall be no order as to costs.
