Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.08.2021, which was given for conducting survey in Natham S.No.450/6 in Perumalpatti Village, Sankarankovil Taluk.

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.The writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking to consider the representation dated 25.10.2021 given by the petitioner herein to further consider an earlier application dated 16.08.2021 on which date the petitioner had also 1/3

paid requisite fees in the treasury, which fees had been paid for conducting survey in Natham survey No.450/6 in Perumalpatty Village, Sankarankovil Taluk, Tenkasi District. 3.The petitioner claims title on the basis of a sale deed dated 10.10.2001. The petitioner once again may directly approach the second respondent / Tahsildar in Sankarankovil Town and give a fresh representation with a copy of challan for payment of fees dated 16.08.2021 and on receipt of such fresh representation, the second respondent with the assistance of the third respondent / Firka Surveyor, may make inspection of the lands, conduct survey after coming to subjecting satisfaction over the title of the petitioner herein and after issuing notice to any other person who might or might not have been interested in the said issue, but at any rate comply with the requisites in the representation within a period of sixteen weeks from the date when the writ petitioner approaches the second respondent to dispose the application. 4.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
