Today, these matters are listed under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that an error has crept in paragraph no.7 of the order of this Court dated 29.01.2025 in W.P.(MD)Nos.20308 & 20309 of 2021, wherein, instead of 'Dindigul Corporation' it has been mentioned as 'Dindigul Municipality'. He therefore prayed for appropriate orders.

3. In view of the above submission, Registry is directed to carryout necessary corrections in the order dated 29.01.2025 in W.P.(MD)Nos.20308 & 20309 of 2021 and issue fresh order copy forthwith. 08.04.2026 mbi https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
