PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent vide.LD2KY/2023, dated 29.07.2024, consequently set aside the same as illegal in the manner of violation of natural justice and without proper enquiry (which conducted in a singly day) against law, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 11.08.2024.

ORDER

The instant Writ Petition has been filed by a Conductor of the respondent Transport Corporation, challenging the second show cause notice issued by the employer, calling for explanation from the petitioner, for the findings in the inquiry report.

2. When the writ petition came up for admission, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Transport Corporation brought to the notice of this Court that already final orders have been passed on 22.08.2024, imposing punishment upon the petitioner.

3. In view of the above said facts, it is clear that at this length of time, the impugned second show cause notice cannot be set aside. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final orders, dated 22.08.2024, before the appropriate authority, if he is so advised. No costs. Consequently, the connected W.M.P.(MD) Nos. 17329 and 17331 of 2024 are closed.
