2.On 01.12.2023, when this writ petition was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, this writ petition was ordered to be listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. 2/5

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the tender has been finalised and allotted to the successful bidder. Moreover, the period of tender itself is over. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate and considering the fact that there is no representation for the petitioner for the last two hearing even after this writ petition was listed under the caption for dismissal, this writ petition is closed.
