ORDER

The writ petition was listed on as many as five occasions. The petitioner was directed to produce the original assignment order. 2.Today ie., 26.09.2023 when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner filed memo for withdrawing his appearance. The direction given by this Court for production of the original document has not been complied with. Therefore, the writ petitioner is not entitled to prosecute the writ petition and the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
