ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the President of Mookuperi Prakasapuram India Eka Ratchakar Sabai seeking a direction to the respondent to forthwith issue the registered Forms VI and VII, submitted by the petitioner on 26.07.2022.

2. It is submitted that the election to the aforesaid registered Society was held on 22.05.2022, following the procedure prescribed under the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975 [hereinafter referred to as ''the Act''] and the byelaws. It is further submitted that Form VII, along with the change of members (Form VI), was filed as required under Rule 17 of the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Rules, 1978 [hereinafter referred to as ''the Rules'']. However, the same was not acted upon.

3. Mr.G.Suryananth, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent and submitted that, in case, Forms VI and VII submitted by the petitioner on 26.07.2022 are in order, the same will be entered and certified copies will be issued in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondent to enter and issue certified copies of Forms VI and VII submitted by the petitioner on 26.07.2022, if the same are in order, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
