ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner wants renewal of his passport. It is seen that the petitioner is figuring as an accused in S.C.No.443 of 2016 on the file of the VI Additional Sessions Court, Tenkasi. Therefore, the petitioner has to necessarily file a miscellaneous petition before the said trial Court and get relief. If any such petition is filed, the learned trial Judge will dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period four weeks thereafter.
