ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.3 of 2024 on the file of the second respondent within a period fixed by this Court.

2. It is seen from the records that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.3 of 2024 on 03.04.2024 for the alleged offences under Sections 498(A), 420, 406 and 147 IPC.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that it is a matrimonial dispute and that they have already examined 4 witnesses and seeks one month time to file final report before the concerned Court.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report before the jurisdictional Court 2/4

within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
