ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition to direct the second respondent to conduct enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 09.10.2018, and to take appropriate action against the third 1/4

respondent.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 represented that already the representation given by the petitioner dated 09.10.2018, was considered by the respondents 1 and 2 and the same was closed. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner represented that he has no knowledge about the above said closure. 4.In view of the above submissions and considering that already the representation of the petitioner was considered by the respondents 1 and 2 and the same was closed, this petition is liable to be disposed of. 5.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that if the petitioner has any grievance, he has to approach the appropriate authority in accordance with law.
