2. The petitioner wants action should be taken against the eighth respondent. According to the petitioner, the eighth respondent was occupying the building earmarked for public use. He relied on the proceedings dated 13.04.2015 issued by the fifth respondent. During the pendency of the writ petition, the fifth respondent had issued fresh proceedings dated 10.03.2020 granting patta in favour of the eighth respondent. The right of the eighth respondent will be governed by the aforesaid proceedings bearing Na.Ka.A2/643/1998 dated 10.03.2020.

3. Recording the said subsequent development, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 21.08.2023 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No PMU 3/4
