Prayer in this Writ Petition is to forbear the respondents from taking any coercive steps in the petitioner's property comprised in S.F.Nos.343/1, 350/3, 352/1, 352/2 and 353/1B situated at Neelamalaikottai Village, Dindigul West Taluk, Dindigul District except due process of law, considering his representation, dated 12.10.2018. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the encroachment has already been removed and the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.
