Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 2 to 5 to recover the jewels from the 9th respondent and to hand over to the petitioner and to transfer the investigation in Crime No.38 of 2013 from the 5th respondent to 8th respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.12.2013 within a stipulated period that may be fixed by this Court.
