ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to take necessary action on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 14/10/2018 with regard to ensure her personal liberty and to give necessary protection to herself and her family .

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner represented that the matter has been settled between the parties and the petition has become infructuous.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor also admitted that the matter has been settled between the parties.
