O R D E R
The petitioner had filed a petition under Section 156(3) of CrPC for directing the jurisdictional police to register an FIR on his complaint. After obtaining report from the jurisdictional police, the Court below declined to issue the direction sought for. The petitioner was however given liberty to file a private complaint.
2.The case of the petitioner is that he had paid a certain sum of money to the private respondents believing their assurance that they would obtain for him public employment. The Court below had come to the conclusion that it was more a case of lending a certain sum of money by the petitioner and it was not a case of job racketing. Crl.O.P(MD)No.17886 of 2021 that there was job racketing. The order passed by the Court below does not call for any interference. The petitioner's legal rights have been duly taken care as he has been given liberty to file private complaint. No case has been made out for interference. The criminal original petition is dismissed.
