Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks issuance of free house site patta in the petition mentioned survey number to the extent of two cents. The petitioner claims that he has been in occupation of the premises for years together. Even his parents also resided in the very same place. The petitioner's counsel relies on G.O.Ms.No.34, Revenue Department, dated 23.01.2008.

3. The third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.06.2015 and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
