When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondent, would submit that pursuant to the direction issued in the main Writ Petition, the second respondent in the main Writ Petition, viz., the District Collector, Theni in his proceedings in T.R.2025/0109/25/014970, passed necessary orders changing the classification of the subject property as Rayatwari Punja and hence, the direction issued in the main Writ Petition is complied with.
