Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The prayer in the writ petition is for restraining the fifth respondent from operating tar plant in the petition mentioned site. As on date, the operations have not commenced.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent undertakes before this Court on instructions that the fifth respondent will commence his operations only after complying with all the statutory and regulatory norms.
