Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17569 of 2021 Order : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of not appeared for the petitioners either in person or through by an advocate for the petitioners in both cases, the court made the following order:- There is no representation on the side of the petitioners. 2.When the matter was listed before me on 23.03.2023, there was no representation on the side of the petitioners. Again the matter was posted to 27.03.2023. On that date also, there was a proposal for change of vakalath. So far, no change of vakalath was filed. There is no use in keeping the stay order and dispense with order continuing further.

3.In view of the above, the interim stay granted in Crl.M.P. (MD)No.9572 of 2021 is vacated and the petition for dispense with in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9573 of 2021 is dismissed.

4.Post the main case on 02.06.2023.
