This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to call for the entire records pertaining to the impugned detention order passed in M.C.No.44/2018/A1 by the first respondent/Executive First Class Magistrate Cum Revenue Divisional Officer, Dindigul, dated 27.09.2018.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that as per the impugned order, dated 27.09.2018, the petitioner has to keep in jail from 27.09.2018 till 03.07.2019.
