JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) The third party appeal is directed against the interim order dated 14.05.2025 made in W.M.P.(MD)No.10256 of 2025 in W.P.(MD)No. 14121 of 2025.

2. The issue raised in this proceedings was whether Ex-servicemen quota has been provided for the post of Assistant Surgeon (Dental). The Government has now clarified that this quota is very much available and 2/4

that it will be enforced in the current recruitment process also. It is specifically stated that two posts have been earmarked for Ex-servicemen category.

3. In view of the same, the order of interim injunction granted by the learned single Judge is set aside. The writ appeal is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. (G.R.S., J.)
