... Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to take necessary action on the basis of the petitioner's online complaint dated 12.09.2021 within the time stipulated by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner has given online complaint to the respondents alleging that his house at Karaikudi has been broken into and occupied by third parties. In this regard, CSR No.539 of 2021 has also been issued by the second respondent.

3. The petitioner's counsel states that one Muruga Narasimman who is the petitioner's Sambandhi will appear before the second respondent on 16.11.2021 at 11.00 a.m. The second respondent will look into the petitioner's complaint and give a disposal to CSR No.539 of 2021 within a period of four weeks, thereafter. If during the enquiry, it turns out that cognizable offence had been made out, it is duty of the second respondent to register First Information Report and take action as per law.

4. With this direction to the second respondent, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
