(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble G.R.SWAMINATHAN J.) This third party writ appeal is directed against an interim order passed by the learned single Judge.

2. In normal circumstances, we would have relegated the appellant to go before the learned single Judge and apply for vacating the interim order. It is submitted by the members of the Bar that following the transfer of Justice Vivek Kumar Singh, no alternative arrangements have been made regarding service portfolio.

3. The learned counsel for the appellant would state that there would be some real difficulty in getting the matters listed and that the appellant is racing against time.

4. Considering the time sensitivity, we grant leave. Registry is directed to number the writ appeal and list the writ appeal on 25.07.2025 'for admission'.

5. The petitioner's counsel is directed to serve papers on the learned standing counsel for Medical Services Recruitment Board. The papers shall also be served 2/3
