records in pursuant to the impugned order dated 24.07.2019 passed by the 1st respondent vide his proceedings in AG(A&E)/PEN.P23/12323884/5/R2323884 and consequential impugned recovery order dated 13.08.2019 in Letter No. 13449/S2/2019 passed by the second respondent and to quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to pay the entire terminal benefits with 18% interest as per last pay drawn of the petitioner without any restriction.
