This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for his wilful disobedience against the order of this Court, dated 19.03.2019 passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4113 of 2019. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 19.03.2019, the respondent police has conducted an enquiry and filed a final report on 05.06.2019 itself before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy.
