2.It is now submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that even in the year 2018, the amount has been disbursed by the respondents in favour of the petitioners. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in these writ petitions.

3.In the light of the above, these Writ Petitions are closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
