O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed for Mandamus directing the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 11.10.2021 within the time period that may be stipulated by this Court.
2. The petitioner averred in the affidavit that he applied for information regarding some malpractice done in the 4th and 5th respondents Department, for which, he submitted an application under Right to Information Act to get proper documents relating to the alleged malpractice and the same was rejected and he filed first appeal and the same was also rejected and thereafter, he filed Second Appeal and the same was also dismissed.

3. The petitioner counsel on instructions submitted that the Information Commissioner passed an order to furnish the report.
4. This Court at this stage without any allegation on the basis of the material not inclined to issue direction to the first respondent to consider the representation, dated 11.10.2021. It is open to the petitioner to collect all the information and make the proper complaint along with the documents and thereafter, file the appropriate petition for appropriate relief.
