ORDER

This writ petition has been filed direct the respondents 1, 3 and 4 to take appropriate steps to identify any of the government land available in Kallal Panchayat Union as per the resolution dated 15.12.2023 and to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.08.2024.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader, on written instructions, would submit that the land to an extent of 6.5 acres in Survey No.52/A1 has been identified to have weekly market and notification will be issued in the Gazette after obtaining appropriate order from the District Collector. In such view of the matter, the official respondents is directed to take effective steps in this regard, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
