This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Certiorari, to quash the impugned order bearing No.ATA No.305(13) 2008, dated 03.03.2009 issued by the 1st respondent.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that another writ petition was filed against the very same impugned order in W.P(MD)No.12472 of 2009 and the same was disposed on 08.02.2019. He further submitted that, against which, the petitioner has preferred an appeal and the same is pending. The submission is recorded.
