By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.The petitioner has filed the present writ petition in the nature of mandamus seeking consideration of representation dated 06.05.2019 seeking a patta in favour of the petitioner. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner drew the notice of this Court to the award passed by the Lok Adalat, Trichirappali on 18.03.2019 whereby, the rights of the petitioner has been confirmed. 4.In view of that particular award of the Lok Adalat, the petitioner had given a representation on 06.05.2019 and had also sent a reminder on 20.10.2021 seeking patta.

5.The property involved in this case is about 12 items which the petitioner claims a right has been conferred to him pursuant to the award of the Lok Adalat. Let the petitioner make a on-line application seeking necessary relief and also pay the necessary charges. On receipt of such on-line application, an obligation is placed on the respondent / Tahsildar, Srirangam Taluk, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.20329 of 2021 Trichirapalli, to issue notice to the petitioner and also to other family members of the petitioner, enquire with them and thereafter, if there are no objections, proceed further with the requisition sought by the petitioner herein. Let the respondent complete the entire exercise within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of on-line application from the petitioner herein. 6.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
