Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the fourth respondent in Ma.Ni.10/00446/2013, dated 11.02.2014 and quash the same as illegal and consequently, to direct the fourth respondent to regularize the service of the petitioner as Junior Assistant before making any order of appointment as Junior Assistant-cum-Typist in Madurai Corporation.
