PRAYER :-Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 20.07.2023 regarding the cancellation of patta fraudulently obtained by the 4th respondent in respect of Survey Nos. 334/2B1, 334/19 situated in Venthoni Village, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District within a stipulated period as fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the directing the 1st respondent to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 20.07.2023 regarding the cancellation of patta fraudulently obtained by the 4th respondent in respect of Survey Nos. 334/2B1, 334/19 situated in Venthoni Village, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District within a stipulated period as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 2/4

and the learned counsel for the respondents 3 and 4.

3. It is informed by the learned counsel for the 4th respondent that civil suit has been filed and the same is decreed in their favour.

4. On the basis of the findings rendered in the civil suit, appropriate orders need to be passed.

5. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
