The learned counsel appearing on either side made a submission that in respect of the issue in relation to conversion of a candidate from one religion to another religion and the benefits of quota to be provided to such a candidate is now subjudiced before the Honourable Division Bench of this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent made a submission that some of these issues are also before the Honourable Supreme Court.

3. This being the factum, the writ petitioner is at liberty to approach the authorities competent, after the disposal of the cases now pending before the Honourable Division Bench of this Court as well as the Honourable Supreme Court of India, as the case may be and as per the eligibility.

4. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
