O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner for speedy disposal of Interlocutory Application in I.A.No.368 of 2021 in O.S.No.332 of 2021 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Madurai Town.

2. According to the petitioner, he filed the suit in O.S.No.332 of 2021 before the District Munsif Court, Madurai Town, for declaration of the Resolutions passed in the Executive Committee Meeting of the respondents society held on 22.02.2020 removing the petitioner from the membership of the respondents society and the removal letter dated 02.03.2020 sent by the respondents to the petitioner as illegal, null and void and not enforecable, and for declaration of the order dated 15.10.2020 bearing reference Na.Ka.No. 3992/E1/2020 passed by the District Registrar (Administration), Madurai (North) as null and void and for permanent injunction restraining the respondents from in any way interfering with the rights of the petitioner for functioning as general body member of the respondents society.

3. It is submitted that along with the above suit, the petitioner filed an Interlocutory Application in I.A.No.368 of 2021 for an interim injunction Page No. 2 of 4

restraining the respondents from in any way interfering with the rights of the petitioner for functioning as general body member of the respondents society pending disposal of the suit. It is further submitted that the said I.A. is pending for the past 2 years due to the unnecessary adjournments granted by the Court at the instance of the respondents and that the respondents, knowing very well that they have no merits in the case, are dragging on the proceedings endlessly by their repeated delaying tactics.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been deprived of his legal right of acting as a member of the society for the past 2 years and the respondents are successfully running the society as per their own wish without any interruption. Therefore, the petitioner was constrained to approach this Court for speedy disposal of Interlocutory Application in I.A.No.368 of 2021 in O.S.No.332 of 2021.

5. Considering the above, the learned District Munsif, Madurai Town is directed to dispose the Interlocutory Application in I.A.No.368 of 2021 in O.S.No.332 of 2021, without giving any unnecessary adjournments, expeditiously, within a period of 1 month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
