3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15027 of 2022, dated 23.08.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two common sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Thirumangalam, Madurai. 4.Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
