: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records in P.D.O.No.54/2019 dated 04.09.2019 on the file of the Respondent No.2 and direct the respondents herein to produce the detenu Dinesh, son of Karuppiah, aged 22 years, who has been termed as GOONDA and now confined in Central Prison, Trichy and set aside the same and set the detenu at liberty.

Recording his submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
