The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the dispute amount had already been remitted by the writ petitioner and accordingly he was allowed to retire from service and all his terminal and pensionary benefits are settled. 2.This being the factum, no further adjudication is required in respect of the present writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed.
