[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking to condone the delay of 2802 days in filing the writ appeal, this petition is filed.

2.Though learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the petitioner, citing the impugned order passed on merit, submitted that the delay needs to be condoned, on perusal of the affidavit, we find that there is absolutely no reason assigned for condoning the delay. The delay is also huge. It is also submitted that a better affidavit filed, on perusal, even then, no adequate reason has been given except showing administrative reasons.

3.Accordingly, this petition to condone the delay is dismissed and the writ appeal stands rejected. However, there is no order as to costs.
