ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.324 of 2015 registered on the file of the first respondent for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323 & 324 of IPC r/w Section 3(1)(x) of SC & ST (POA) Act.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that final report has been filed on 20.06.2016. It appears that till date, the Special Court has not taken cognizance of the offences.

3. Since the final report has already been filed and the Special Court is yet to take a call in the matter, I do not wish to go into the merits of the matter. Leaving open the petitioner's defences and contentions, the criminal original petition is dismissed.
