Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to grant 7 days emergency leave to the petitioner's husband, namely, Pethaperumal (Life Convict Prisoner No.23331) Son of Perumal, aged about 35 years, who is now confining at Trichy Central Prison for attend and assist his younger brother's marriage under Rule 6 of the Tamil Nadu Suspension of Sentence Rules, 1982, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 08.11.2021 in accordance with law.
