O R D E R

This present writ petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned tender notice of the 2nd respondent in call No.49/2013-2014, dated

03.02.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to consider the grievance given by the petitioner association and the residence of Satellite City, Anna Nagar, Trichy and to take necessary steps to connect the drainage system of 87 house sites in Phase II with the existing underground drainage system.

2.Mr.M.Suresh, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the 2nd respondent would submit that, pending this writ petition, the under ground drainage system has been effected and has handed over the same to the local bodies.
